🛟 How to use the Support Center

1. Search at /en/support/: type keywords and filter by category.
2. Assistant: chat on the same page with answers from our knowledge base.
3. Ticket: if that is not enough, confirm you reviewed the FAQs and submit the form (coming soon).

📱 How to connect WhatsApp (QR / code)

Chat Game comes preinstalled in Lead Game locations. Open app.leadgame.co → Chat Game tab. You get a number with the product; no marketplace install needed.

1. Press Connect WhatsApp.
2. Scan the QR (WhatsApp → Linked devices) or use the pairing code.
3. Wait for connected status before closing.

🌍 Country proxy when connecting

Choose the phone country you will link. The proxy must match the SIM / number country.

• Use the real country of the number.
• Do not combine a number from one country with a proxy from another.
• If you change numbers, select the country again.

🔥 Warm up the line (warm-up)

Do not send high volume on day 1.

• Start with a few real 1:1 chats; increase a little each day.
• Mix 1:1 and groups carefully; not only blasts.
• Leave wait time between mass sends; use drip.
• Proxy from the same country as the number.
• Do not send identical text to hundreds of contacts; vary the message.

🚫 My line was blocked · can I recover it?

Signs: you cannot send, “number not available”, QR will not link, or WhatsApp asks for extra verification.

1. Reconnect with a new QR from Chat Game in Lead Game.
2. Cool-down: stop sending and reduce activity for several days.
3. If Meta/WhatsApp banned the account, recovery is limited — open a ticket in support with number, country, and screenshots.

Prevention: warm-up, consent, and the best practices below.

🏢 Meta / business line messages

On business lines, introduce yourself as a business. Respect WhatsApp/Meta policies. Only message groups or people who joined voluntarily or gave permission.

• Only contact people who opted in or joined on their own.
• Vary texts and use drip.

• Spam identical text.
• Cold lists without consent.
• Proxy from another country.
• Deception, threats, or fake urgency.
• Keep messaging after STOP or a user block.

👥 Groups — features and FAQs

How do I sync my groups?

In the Chat Game tab, use sync after connecting or if a group is missing. Confirm the number is inside that chat.

What does enable for Lead Game mean?

You mark the group so messages and events can route into the CRM (conversations and automations).

What are tags for?

You segment groups and campaigns. You can also tag contacts on join or leave for funnels.

How do I mass-send without burning the line?

Use mass send with drip (pauses between messages/groups). Do not fire everything at once on day one.

Can I manage invite links, admins, and participants?

Yes, from the panel when your number is an admin. You’ll see participants and admins; invites and sensitive changes require that role.

Are there filters?

Filter by name, tag, status, or participants to find groups quickly.
