1. Acceptance

By using Chat Game (inside Lead Game or this site) you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the product.

2. The product

Chat Game is a product of Lead Game LLC that connects WhatsApp (1:1 and groups) with Lead Game. It is used from the Chat Game tab in Lead Game; it is usually preinstalled in product locations. We are not Meta, WhatsApp, or HighLevel.

3. No affiliation with Meta / WhatsApp / HighLevel

Chat Game is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, WhatsApp LLC, HighLevel Inc., or their affiliates. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use · anti-spam

Only contact people or groups who joined voluntarily or gave permission.
Respect WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable laws (anti-spam, privacy).
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, malware, phishing, or illegal content.
Warm up the line and avoid abusive blasts; abuse may suspend the service.

You are responsible for the content you send and the numbers you connect.

5. Accounts and billing

Access may be tied to your Lead Game / Chat Game plan. Prices and lines/numbers are communicated on the site or in Lead Game. Billing and plan upgrades may evolve; taxes and third-party charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated case by case according to the contracted plan and the current Lead Game LLC policy. Contact support or soporte@chatgame.pro with your receipt and reason. This section will expand when we publish a detailed refund policy.

7. Availability and WhatsApp risks

WhatsApp may limit, verify, or ban numbers. Chat Game offers tools (proxy, drip) and guides, but does not guarantee a number will not be restricted. Recovery after Meta bans may be limited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Game LLC and Sheep Game LLC are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or third-party bans (Meta/WhatsApp). The service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid for Chat Game in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The update date appears above. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
