Chat Game is a product of Lead Game LLC. This policy describes how we handle data when you use Chat Game inside Lead Game and this marketing site (app.chatgame.pro).
2. What data we process
- Account / billing: Lead Game account data, email, and payment data managed by Lead Game or billing providers.
- Product usage: connected numbers, session status, proxy/country settings, enabled groups, tags, and technical logs needed to operate the channel.
- WhatsApp messages: content and metadata are processed to deliver the WhatsApp channel into Lead Game (inbox, automations). You / your business are responsible for the content you send.
- Support: name, email, and message if you open a ticket or write to support.
- Marketing site: basic technical browsing data (e.g. server logs) on this static site.
3. Why we use it
- Provide the Chat Game service inside Lead Game.
- Maintain WhatsApp sessions, security, and stability (including proxy).
- Support and product improvement.
- Meet legal obligations and prevent abuse / spam.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share with technical providers (hosting, proxy, email, billing) only what is needed to operate, and with Lead Game as the host platform. We may disclose if the law requires it.
